Products & tools

Since 2026 I build my own products and tools, solo, with Claude Code — a website with nine bots behind it, an app that cuts long videos into clips, a font tool, a browser extension. Before that: a link service the whole industry uses, and a bot with three thousand users.

podcast.ru — cover

2020 — now · Co-founder, product

podcast.ru

  • 10M visits a month
  • Used across the industry

A link service for podcasts — give it a show, it finds it on every platform and builds a page where listeners can pick their app or play the episode right there. Code by Pavel Kozlov; product by me. Every podcast link on this site is a podcast.ru link.

Baka! website — cover

2026 — now · Product, design, development — built solo with Claude Code

Baka! website

  • Built in 11 days
  • 143 episodes transcribed
  • 9 bots keep it updated

A full archive of a six-year anime podcast — every episode, post and article, linked to a catalogue of 500+ anime titles down to the minute they're mentioned.

Axisize — cover

2026 · Product, design, development — built with Claude Code

Axisize

  • Any static font becomes variable
  • Built in 4 days
  • Free, no sign-up

A web tool that turns an ordinary font into a variable one. Drop in a static typeface and it generates variation axes — weight, width, slant, optical size — which you can set live and export, either as a variable font or as a single static instance. Everything runs in the browser, so the font never leaves your machine.

vertcut — cover

2026 — now · Product, development — built with Claude Code

vertcut

  • Free, open source
  • Pick clips by reading the text
  • Your AI agent can do the picking

A small app that makes vertical videos — Shorts, TikToks, Reels — out of horizontal ones. It transcribes a long video, cuts it into scenes, picks the shots and writes the subtitles; you choose the good bits right in the text and press Export.

Tabbs — cover

2026 — now · Product, design, development — built with Claude Code

Tabbs

  • Free, open source
  • Imports your Arc sidebar
  • Collects no data

A browser extension for people who got used to Arc. It brings Arc's sidebar — favorites, folders, spaces — to Helium and other Chromium browsers. Folders are ordinary bookmarks, so nothing is lost if you remove it, and your Arc sidebar comes over in a few clicks.

Podcast identity — cover

2019 — now · Designer

Podcast identity

  • 4 shows
  • Covers, identity, social cards

Cover art and visual identity for my own shows — Baka!, Rolevka, Posmotreno, Repost — plus a small generator that turns any episode into branded cards for social media.
